Guardian Angel Home Care, a Medicare Certified Agency in Macomb and Oakland county, is looking for a per diem Speech Language Pathologist. The SLP examines and provides remedial services for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Evaluates, records, and reports patient progress to case manager and physician.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Graduate of accredited master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology. Possesses current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology and meets all requirements of ASHA. Current licensure as SLP in State of employment. Minimum of One(1) year recent clinical practice in Speech-Language Pathology. Home Care experience preferred.

Services including Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, and Medical Social Work are provided by qualified caring professionals in the comfortable, convenient, and cost effective home setting. The agency was given high recommendation by the Medicare Surveyor. Staff development and continuing education is an integral component of Guardian Angel commitment to professional services.
