Your role:

You're not just selling you're building partnerships. As our Food Service Sales Rep, you'll drive growth by:

• Pursuing new business and turning prospects into raving fans.
• Managing relationships like a pro solving problems, sharing insights, and keeping our customers ahead of the curve.
• Collaborating with procurement, operations, and our incredible customer success team to deliver on-point solutions.
• Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Hitting your goals and then setting new ones.

Your Impact:

• Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential customers, initiate contact, and foster strong, ongoing relationships.
• Product Promotion: Present and sell our diverse product range to new and existing clients, tailoring offerings to their specific needs.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms to achieve win-win agreements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales objectives, contributing to the company's growth and success.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Passion for the Food Industry: A deep appreciation for food and a commitment to delivering quality products to clients.
• Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in foodservice or perishable product sales you know your way around a kitchen AND a spreadsheet.
• Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
• Goal-Oriented: A self-starter mindset with the hustle to back it up.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (we use HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
