Trial Attorney

Jim S. Adler & Associates, one of the largest personal injury firms in Texas, seeks a well-qualified attorney to manage a fast-paced trial docket. The position requires the attorney to handle all aspects of litigation from case inception to final verdict, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice, and to do so in a timely manner. Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence, a demonstrated history of success handling cases independently, and the ability to multitask effectively. First chair trial experience is required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with five to seven years of experience and a background in personal injury trial law, whether for the plaintiff or defendant. Compensation includes :

• A competitive salary, generous bonus structure, and full benefits (dental, life insurance, 401K);
• Dues paid for the Texas State Bar, membership in associated professional organizations, and up to 15 hours per year of relevant CLE;

Out of state travel for relevant CLE and an annual attorney retreat.
