We are seeking an experienced Accounting Controller to lead our accounting, treasury oversight, risk management, and quoting functions. The Controller will manage a team responsible for responsible for accounts payable and treasury, accounts receivable, and bids and quoting. This role will also partner closely with the Director of FP&A, leading the annual budgeting process and supporting periodic forecasting.

The ideal candidate will be a proven financial leader who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen, integrity, and the ability to foster collaboration across the organization. This is a high-visibility role at our Arden Hills, MN headquarters and offers the opportunity to influence the company's financial and operational success.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and oversight of accounts payable and treasury.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Oversee treasury management, including 13-week cash forecasting, ABL reporting, and working capital monitoring.
• Lead the annual budgeting process; support the Director of FP&A with periodic forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Manage the bids and quoting team; implement processes for legal / contractual review of proposals and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate annual corporate insurance renewals and support ongoing risk management activities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align financial and business strategies.
• Build and promote a collaborative culture within the finance function and across the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and quoting staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
