ETL Developer – Data Warehouse (Kanban Team)

Duration: 2-year contract. Sponsorship maybe available; however, W2 Employment ONLY. NO C2C or 1099 available on this contract.

Innova Solutions is seeking a hands-on ETL Developer to join a Kanban-based agile delivery team supporting a high-performance data warehouse environment. This role demands deep technical expertise in Ab Initio, Teradata, and UNIX-based ETL orchestration, with a focus on scalable, secure, and efficient data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Ab Initio and Autosys.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability within a Teradata environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.
• Apply data warehouse architecture principles to support analytics and reporting.
• Participate in Kanban ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery cycles.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of software engineering or equivalent experience (consulting, military, education).
• Proven experience in data warehouse environments and large-scale data processing.
• Strong proficiency in: Ab Initio (ETL development) Teradata / advanced SQL UNIX/Linux shell scripting Autosys job scheduling
• Solid grasp of data warehouse concepts, including dimensional modeling and processing architectures.
• Agile delivery experience, ideally in Kanban environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and client personnel.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/offsite model with a consistent 3-day onsite requirement.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $120-160K/ year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
