Sr. Global Logistics Analyst
This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
The Sr. Global Logistics Analyst ensures LSPs meet performance and service standards and communicate root cause for service risks and failures. Creates comprehensive metrics to measure and manage LSP performance and report monthly and quarterly KPIs to internal and external partners. Collaborates internally to identify process-improvement opportunities and supports the implementation of enterprise-wide and department-priority programs to ensure the success of the company. Drives results while maintaining a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
How You'll Make A Difference
- Supports and develops international transportation analyses for the RFP process and bid negotiations.
- Partners to oversee LSP relationships with freight partners.
- Partners to oversee business review process with LSPs.
- Responsible to provide LSPs with business requirements and to monitor performance.
- Collaborates with LSPs and ocean carriers to ensure accurate booking allocations are being followed.
- Creates and publishes monthly analytics and KPIs with all stakeholders.
- Analyzes potential solutions, quantifies trade-off considerations, and implements cross-functional processes.
- Builds processes and partners cross-functionally to strengthen new ideas for growth and generates stakeholder alignment and commitment.

Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.5+ years of professional Supply Chain / Logistics experience.3+ years of working experience with SAP and / or other ERP systems.2+ years of working experience with Power BI preferred.Columbia Sportswear Company is an equal opportunity employer.
