Missions

Contexte de la mission : pilotage de projet dans le cadre d’un développement d’application sur des terminaux mobiles (Smartphone et Tablette).

Les principales missions  :

  • Pilote la réalisation des applications mobiles sous la responsabilité du directeur de projet;
  • Participe aux différentes instances de suivi et de pilotage;
  • Organise et participe aux daily meeting avec l’ensemble des contributeurs (intégrateurs, équipe de recette, etc…);
  • Réalise un reporting régulier et produit les indicateurs de pilotage;
  • Maintient la roadmap de l'application pour donner de la visibilité aux différentes parties prenantes ;
  • Participe à la conduite du changement;
  • Participe aux comités de suivi d’exploitation pour les applications dont il a la charge;
  • Collabore étroitement avec les gestionnaires d’applications, les responsables de la chaîne de communication et les équipes des Systèmes d’information Backend;
  • S’assure de la compatibilité sur les différentes combinatoires terminaux / OS au référentiel de l’entreprise.

    • Le chef de projet est responsable de la construction des périmètres applicatifs pour les applications dont il a la charge. Pour cela il :

  • Recueille le besoin auprès des interlocuteurs métiers et / ou projet;
  • Organise, si besoin, les ateliers de conception;
  • Pilote, si besoin, des comités de projet;
  • Rédige les User Stories ou les Technical Stories à destination des intégrateurs;
  • Pilote l’intégrateur et valide les périmètres (versions) applicatifs en conciliant les demandes métier et les retours issus de l’exploitation;
  • Valide les chiffrages et délais associés aux versions avec l’appui du directeur de projet;
  • S’assure de la cohérence des plans de charges avec l’intégrateur et les équipes de recette.

    • Profil recherché

    Le chef de projet devra posséder les expériences suivantes :

  • Une expérience de 4 ans au minimum sur des projets SI avec une architecture complexe et / ou sur des projets d’application mobile (Androïd et / ou IOS) - Une expérience sur des projets en cycle agile et des outils de gestion de projet associé (ex : JIRA) est indispensable,
  • Une bonne autonomie et une capacité de reporting,
  • Une connaissance de l’éco-système (démarche DevOps : couloir de MEP, outillages de supervision…).

    • De plus, il devra posséder les compétences méthodologiques suivantes :

  • Une bonne connaissance des méthodes de développement en V et en Agile ;
  • Une forte capacité de formalisation et à produire des documents et support pour l’ensemble des contributions aux projets décrites dans la partie marche courante ;
  • Des qualités relationnelles fortes dans un environnement complexe,
  • Une rigueur dans la relation avec les parties prenantes et pragmatisme,
  • Une autonomie dans l'organisation des travaux.
