We’re seeking a CNC Programming Specialist to join our team and take on high-precision, custom machining projects. You’ll use your CAM expertise, machining experience, and problem-solving ability to program, set up, and produce high-quality components for a wide range of applications.
CNC Programmer
Schedule : Monday - Friday - First Shift
Pay Rate : Based on relevant experience - Up to 100,000k / Year
What You’ll Do
- Translate 2D / 3D engineering drawings into CNC programs using CAM software
- Work with state of the art machinery (Okuma LB4000EX II and several HAAS Machines)
- Set up machines by determining the correct tooling, fixtures, and attachments
- Program, edit, and optimize CNC programs for accuracy and efficiency
- Operate and monitor CNC and manual machines to produce precise components
- Collaborate with engineering and customers to confirm requirements and adjust designs when needed
- Provide time, material, and tooling estimates to support quoting for complex jobs
- Adjust feeds, speeds, and cutting strategies to achieve precision and top-tier surface finishes
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet dimensional and quality standards
- Perform daily / weekly preventive maintenance to keep machines in top condition
What You Bring
At least 4 years of CNC Programming and Operation experienceStrong experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Solidworks, or similar)Ability to read and interpret detailed manufacturing drawingsFamiliarity with CNC programming, G / M code, and machining best practicesExperience working safely in industrial machining environmentsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, file management, etc.)Passion for precision, quality, and continuous improvementPreferred Experience
