Experience : At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred, especially within ChenMed. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally. About the Role :
As an Associate Clinical Director , you will :
- Lead and Supervise : Directly oversee and train primary care providers (PCPs) in your assigned center, ensuring top-notch clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Patient Care : Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed.
- Team Management : Lead your care team, including medical assistants and coordinators. Engage with hospitalists and transitional care teams for patients in various settings.
- Operational Leadership : Conduct weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist in recruiting and patient outreach.
