EHS Manager

Ecolab is looking for an outstanding performer to join our Greensboro site as a EHS Manager ... In this role this person will be responsible for leading and managing EHS programs, compliance, and results for a specific business, facility, or region. Also, spearheading key programs or Centers of Excellence. And collaborating with leaders to identify SHE priorities and programs, including performance metrics, communication, and change management.

Addition Notes

• 30% travel required for on-site inspections, audits, and hands-on support.
• Reports to NA SHE Manager for the EC3.
• Interfaces with Corporate ESG and Environmental policies to drive compliance internally and externally.
• Support for North America Logistics sites in environmental compliance.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
