Job Title : Software Developer

Job Duration : 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties : Design and develop technical solutions using software tools and programming languages and use modern database technologies to meet the requirements. Refine and tune integrations between applications. Prepare business requirement documents, design documents and process documents to explain the design and code. Gather requirements from the client and write design documents. Write unit / regression tests for modules in development environment. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications built on various technologies.

Provide technical assistance to project team members and respond to inquiries regarding errors or questions about the project. Consult business users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Create and execute development plans and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Perform functionality, compatibility, performance, and security testing on the developed applications. Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation. Perform data analysis and correction as part of production support. Perform technical root cause analysis, evaluate, and implement corrective solutions.

Integral part of the development team and participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Provide architectural and infrastructure guidance. Create source code based on specifications set. Test software and system components, design tests and create test documents. Provide production support post application release. Coordinate with offshore team and ensure the coding standards and customer requirements are implemented. Design and Documentation review. Implement core design components using software development best practices.

Job Requirements : Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Architect, Lead Analyst or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.

Salary Range : $153,317.00 / Year to $155,000.00 / Year
