Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing IT processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization and automate repetitive tasks

Support the full lifecycle of AI agents, including design, testing, rollout, and ongoing updates

Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote the adoption of AI tools

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in an IT, automation, or technical support environment

Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and creating AI-driven workflows or agents

Basic understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their strengths and limitations

Ability to learn quickly and work independently with guidance
