Transactional / Business Attorney

Fuhrman & Dodge, S.C., a Middleton-based law firm, is looking to hire an attorney with a minimum of five years' experience in real estate, transactional and business law. A background in estate planning and probate administration is a plus.

The desired candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and be licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin. Our attorneys are allowed to work remotely when appropriate.

Position requires strong advocacy skills and a person who can take the lead with a client from start to finish, including management of the file. Strong writing and research skills as well as an ability to effectively communicate with clients, coworkers, and opposing counsel are required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and provides an opportunity to control your own earning potential.

Willingness to participate in business development efforts is essential.
