Schedule, Locations & Team

• Shift & Schedule: We offer a predictable full-time schedule designed for better work-life balance.
  • Work Week: Four days per week.
  • Hours: Day shift, starting between 7-8 AM. End times vary based on the daily patient census.
  • Weekends: A consistent rotation of every other Saturday is required.
  • Holidays: A shared holiday rotation is required.
• On-Call Rotation: Our RNs participate in a predictable, shared on-call rotation.
  • Weekday Coverage: Monday through Friday, from 7 PM to 7 AM.
  • Weekend Coverage: A continuous block from 7 PM Saturday to 7 AM Monday.
• Locations: You will provide care at our partner hospitals in the Toledo area, including ProMedica Flower, ProMedica Eidi Rehab, ProMedica Monroe, ProMedica Hickman, Advanced Select Specialty Hospital of Toledo, and Select Specialty Hospital-Regency Toledo
• Team & Support: You will report directly to the Team Supervisor, who is committed to your success.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Licensure: An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of RN experience, with at least six months in nephrology preferred.
• Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Core Competencies: A self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
