  • Machine Setup and Operation : Assist in setting up and operating CNC machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials, and ensuring machines run at optimal efficiency.
  • Blueprint Interpretation : Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate programs and ensure parts meet the required tolerances.
  • Quality Assurance : Perform in-process inspections and collaborate with quality control teams to ensure parts are within specified tolerances and meet the high standards required by the DoD.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with design engineers, R&D teams, and production staff to optimize manufacturability, solve technical challenges, and ensure seamless integration of components into the ASV systems.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
  • Documentation : Maintain clear and accurate records of programs, revisions, and machine setups. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and DoD specifications.
  • Safety and Compliance : Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all manufacturing activities comply with OSHA, ISO, and military standards.

Qualifications
