Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Work Schedule : Full-time, 36 hours per week, with night shifts consisting of 8 and 12-hour rotations. Our team works every third weekend and participates in a holiday rotation.
Compensation Package : Enjoy a competitive pay range of $37.50 - $56.25 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes :

Unit Overview : In the 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, you'll care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesPatients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramYour Responsibilities :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.Monitor patient conditions and make necessary alterations to care plans.Educate patients and families and support their learning needs.Lead discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approach.Engage in quality improvement initiatives for enhanced patient outcomes.Qualifications :
