A company is looking for a Project Reviewer to support project review requests for various environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assess project documents for compliance with relevant program rules
Document assessment findings in a project review report and communicate with project proponents and verification bodies
Iterate on project reviews as needed, addressing findings and ensuring compliance for approval
Required Qualifications
Experience in carbon project development, auditing, or standard setting
Deep technical expertise in methodologies used in the Verified Carbon Standard Program
Experience evaluating sustainable development, biodiversity, and community issues
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week
