Who Were Looking For
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, we are seeking a motivated Senior Manager, FP&A Consolidations to join our team! This role will lead the MANSCAPED internal and external financial reporting functions, budgeting and forecasting processes, and lead Finance support for corporate operating expenses. This is a highly visible role and will work closely with senior leadership across the company. This individual will lead the development and automation of internal and external reporting, and KPIs to help the company maximize its operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities
Consolidate company P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting and forecasting responsibilitiesLead, and continuously improve monthly / quarterly / annual and long-term forecasting exercises, including actuals-to-forecast variance analysesImprove and refine financial reporting and KPIs for internal and external stakeholderDrive process and reporting automation, ensuring efficiency gains and supporting system enhancements and implementations (NetSuite, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting)Supervise, develop, and mentor Finance Managers, who will support corporate departments including (Operations, Project Management, Accounting & Finance, HR, Facilities, IT and Executives)Lead support for company-wide department spends, capital investments and headcountEstablish financial controls, policies, and proceduresAd hoc research, competitive benchmarking, modeling, and reportingSupport quarterly and annual board and executive reportingOther duties as requiredQualifications
10+ years of progressive Finance experience including budget consolidation, forecasting variance analyses; and advanced financial modeling and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, policies, and procedures; experience in Retail and E-commerce environments preferredBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferredKnowledge of GAAP accounting standards and conceptsAdvanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling, and strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentationsExperience designing and optimizing financial dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Looker, or NetSuite AnalyticsFinancial Reporting and / or Planning Systems experience; NetSuite preferredProven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop high-performing Finance staff; Thrives in a fast paced, team-oriented, dynamic and matrix environmentHighly curious, detail oriented, and committed to accuracyMANSCAPED Benefits
