Entry-Level Inside Sales Rep

PrideStaff is seeking an Entry-Level Inside Sales Rep for a company located in Romeoville, Illinois. This position requires someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and GREAT ENERGY!!

Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch)

Pay: $18-$19 per hour based on experience

Main Duties

• Manage and grow appointed territory
• Contact and qualify accounts based on industry and size of a given facility or company
• Cold Calling
• Identify decision makers and buyers
• Meeting and exceeding sales goal.
• Maintain client records
• Business to Business Sales!

Required Skills

• Strong work ethic
• Good Communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs
• Bilingual is a PLUS
