Job Duties:
- Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned by managers, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash disposal, and etc.
- Safely operates and maintains all types of cleaning machinery and equipment.
- Maintains clean, safe working conditions, and follows the established internal procedures.
- Retrieves the shopping carts from the parking lot and other designated places inside and outside the perimeter of the store by using proper equipment.
- Inspects equipment and reports potential risks to managers for improvements.
- Proper operation of corporate trucks, and other required equipment.
- Ensures proper usage of supplies and equipment throughout the stores and corporate buildings.
- Assists with other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Minimum Requirement:
- Ability to work in different working conditions as required.
- Ability to complete assignments as scheduled.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays or rotating schedules.
Skills Requirement:
- Ability to communicate effectively to customers and team members.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and company policies.
- Ability to operate certain equipment after being trained.
- Good time management skills.
Physical Demands:
- Standing for extended periods is commonly required.
- Good manual dexterity for the use of processing equipment such as baler, and cutter.
- Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs with proper equipment.
Employment type: Full Time/Part Time.
Location: This position is for our new store located in Summerlin at 820 S. Rampart Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89145. Training will take place at our 168 Market location at 3459 S. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146.
Salary:
The pay range for this job starts from $15 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
