Project Manager

My client is a 150+ year-old, family-owned general contractor and subcontractor operating in over 25 states, growing 10-15% annually. They self-perform all trades for jail and mental health center projects-including security doors, hardware, glass, furniture, and glazing-offering team members the chance to wear many hats, gain full project exposure, and grow their careers on projects ranging from 6 months to 4 years, all local to the Indy market.

Job Description

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines. Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure smooth execution. Manage client and owner expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and host weekly meetings with owners and internal staff. Maintain a client-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The Successful Applicant

5-7 years of experience in construction with a general contractor or subcontractor. Commercial or industrial project experience ranging from $2M-$20M. Proficient in Procore. Professional demeanor with client-facing experience. Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow. Strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. Must be local to Hamilton County.
