The SAP Product Data Management (PDM) will spearhead our product data management initiatives within the SAP environment. Possess deep expertise in SAP PDM tools and functions, coupled with a strong understanding of integrating product data across various SAP modules and applications.

What you’ll do as an S AP Product Data Management (PDM)

• Administer, configure, and optimize SAP PDM modules to support the company's product lifecycle management processes (estimating tool, etc.)
• Ensure seamless integration of product data across various SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI, CO.
• Uphold the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product data within the SAP system.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards, ensuring adherence across all departments.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and all other Operational departments to create data models that best reflect the manufacturing process and capabilities in our factories / vendor partners.
• Optimize the creation and update process in SAP and other functional tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a streamlined process to define supply chain parameters, product data entry, validation, and maintenance workflows in SAP.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the SAP PDM system to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Facilitate training sessions for internal teams on the best practices and procedures related to SAP PDM.
• Provide tier-2 support for issues related to SAP PDM, troubleshooting complex challenges and ensuring timely resolution.
• Lead SAP PDM-related projects, from scoping and planning to execution and evaluation.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants and vendors when necessary, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
• Create custom reports and dashboards within SAP to monitor product data metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze product data trends and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
