The SAP Product Data Management (PDM) will spearhead our product data management initiatives within the SAP environment. Possess deep expertise in SAP PDM tools and functions, coupled with a strong understanding of integrating product data across various SAP modules and applications.
What you’ll do as an S AP Product Data Management (PDM)
- Administer, configure, and optimize SAP PDM modules to support the company's product lifecycle management processes (estimating tool, etc.)
- Ensure seamless integration of product data across various SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI, CO.
- Uphold the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product data within the SAP system.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards, ensuring adherence across all departments.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and all other Operational departments to create data models that best reflect the manufacturing process and capabilities in our factories / vendor partners.
- Optimize the creation and update process in SAP and other functional tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define a streamlined process to define supply chain parameters, product data entry, validation, and maintenance workflows in SAP.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of the SAP PDM system to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal teams on the best practices and procedures related to SAP PDM.
- Provide tier-2 support for issues related to SAP PDM, troubleshooting complex challenges and ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead SAP PDM-related projects, from scoping and planning to execution and evaluation.
- Coordinate with external SAP consultants and vendors when necessary, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
- Create custom reports and dashboards within SAP to monitor product data metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze product data trends and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
We’re looking for an SAP Product Data Management ( PDM) with :
BA degree in information Systems, business, engineering or related field.Certified SAP Product Data Management.5 years of hand on experienceExtensive knowledge and experience in SAP modules.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with the broader product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts and tools is a plus.Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent MS Office software skillsBenefits an SAP Product Data Management (PDM) Can Expect from Cartamundi :
