Architect / Associate Architect

Location : Saint Louis, MO (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Salary : $85K-$110K base + bonus (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a focus on multifamily and hospitality projects. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural design concepts and solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project requirements.
• Ensure all designs meet LEED standards and sustainability goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and proposals.
