Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ABA Clinical Director to join our team! As a Clinical Director, you will oversee all of the day-to-day operations of the clinic and staff. This will include hiring and training staff, overseeing programs and developing both current and new programs, ensuring regulations on a state and federal level are being followed properly, and continually maintaining client and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, and has a clear understanding of what it takes to run a successful clinic.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the clinic, including services delivered, safety regulations, and current and future programsEnsuring all programs adhere to ABA best practices , ethical guidelines from the BACB and compliance with all regulatoryMonitoring and analyzing client progressdata to make data-driven decisions and adjust treatment plans as nedeedEnsure proper compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and proceduresRecruit new staff and ensure current staff are up to date on current training proceduresProvide strong leadership to the clinic and staff to ensure a clear vision moving forwardAttend a variety of training workshops and work-related meetings and events to stay up to date on the latest expectations and regulationsQualifications
Minimum of 3 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director is preferredThe required Illinois licensing / certification to perform this roleThe ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needsExceptional team building and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
