Certified Application Analyst - Epic

A company is looking for a Certified Application Analyst - Epic Hello World DOM.

Key Responsibilities

Provide intermediate system-level support for clinical and financial applications, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support

Lead and participate in project planning sessions, establishing project goals, milestones, and procedures

Promote excellent customer service and collaborate with various departments to educate and train on current applications

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and / or healthcare or related industry

Intermediate knowledge of systems analysis and project management concepts

All relevant certifications are required upon hire

Ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module
