Service Valet
Our company is seeking a reliable and friendly Service Valet to join our team. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their vehicles are well-taken care of.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to) :
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with the needs for their vehicles.
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and handling complaints in a professional manner, but directing them to a Manager for assistance when needed.
- Maintain and help manage the loaner fleet.
- Keep the parking lot and service area clean and organized.
- Ensure that all vehicles are secured and locked before leaving for the day.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
