We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with extensive experience in React and a strong understanding of React Hooks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in React development and a proven track record of delivering high?quality web applications.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $100k - $110k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable web applications using React and React Hooks.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries, ensuring high performance and responsiveness within applications.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to manage application state effectively.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering best practices and coding standards within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in React and frontend development, applying innovative solutions to enhance our technology stack.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, including agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
