Today, Desert Hand and Physical Therapy has grown to 10 locations around the Valley. Although we have grown to meet the needs of a population that has exploded in size, our goals have remained the same. With Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) at each location and several licensed physical therapists, our team can provide expert individualized treatment to each patient experiencing trauma, illness, or injury.

Job Description

GREAT NEW OPPORTUNITY IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA

Interested in working side by side with a fellow CHT? Interested in working with a large group of trauma Hand Surgeons? It's a golden opportunity to see a wide range of diagnoses and practice mastering custom splinting skills.

We are looking for a CHT or OT with Hand Therapy focus to work 30 - 39 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.

• 1.5 + Years' hands-on experience in Upper extremity

• Current AZ license and CPR certification.

• Outgoing and energetic personality.

• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $80K - $95K and opportunities for advancement

• 5K sign-on bonus offered

• Lucrative Sign-on bonus upon CHT certification

• Incentive bonus potential

• $1200 of annual CEU reimbursement
