Bi-Lingual Litigation Paralegal (P I)

Job Description

A reputable litigation plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish-English) with 5+ years of litigation experience . The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved paralegal certificate , strong state and federal e-filing skills , and proven trial preparation experience . The paralegal will support 3 attorneys and 2 paralegals across cases involving auto accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, premises liability, and sexual abuse / assault.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, briefs, and trial documents.
• Perform accurate and timely state and federal e-filing .
• Maintain case files using CasePeer and Dropbox .
• Manage attorney calendars and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings.
• Assist with trial prep -binders, exhibits, witness / expert coordination.
• Support expert discovery and deposition scheduling.
• Communicate with clients and medical providers; obtain medical records.
• Coordinate case expenses with accounting.
• Proactively manage an active litigation caseload and deadlines.
