A company is looking for a Patient Access Coordinator Full Time.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer a high volume of calls daily using a multi-line phone
Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
Required Qualifications :
Customer / patient service skills
Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
Strong Internet speed and access to router via Ethernet cord (minimum speed : 20mbps download & 6mbps upload)
1+ years of experience with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements (preferred)
2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or clinical support environments (preferred)
