Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a leader in their field, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in operational finance. This role involves traditional FP&A work, financial modeling, and P&L management. This is a hybrid role that would sit remote 4 days a week and be in office 1 day.Responsibilities :

• The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the preparation of detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to improve company performance
• Manage P&L statements
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for performance tracking
• Support operational finance initiatives
• The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
