Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day sales operations, including process updates and commission tracking
Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategies
Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and BI tools
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage projects effectively
