Job Description
Job Description
At The Dental Club, our mission is to change the way people feel about dentistry—and about where they work. We believe in creating a culture that values growth, responsibility, and relationships. Our team is passionate about patient care, professional development, and building a workplace where people feel supported and inspired.
The Role
We are seeking a Recruitment, Onboarding & Engagement Coordinator to play a key role in growing and supporting our team. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for every new team member.
As the first point of contact for new hires, you will guide recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement. You’ll help new team members feel welcomed, connected to our culture, and prepared to thrive in their roles. This is not a director-level position—rather, it is an implementer role responsible for carrying out strategies with consistency, accountability, and excellence.
Responsibilities
Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
Implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel supported and integrated into our culture.
Build strong connections with new team members and foster long-term engagement.
Provide coaching and support for team members as they develop in their roles.
Carry out training initiatives using tools such as All Star Dental Academy and Crucial Conversations.
Track progress, measure results, and share regular updates with leadership.
Model 100% responsibility and 0% excuses in all aspects of your work.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to follow through on commitments.
Experience in recruitment, HR, training, or team engagement is a plus (but not required).
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a team that values culture as much as skills.
Play a direct role in shaping how new hires experience our organization.
Access professional development tools such as All Star Dental Academy and Crucial Conversations.
Enjoy a dynamic, supportive work environment where people matter.
