Manager

Summary:

Mega Thrift is looking for an accountable Store Manager to oversee our Store Operation accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership for staff in all departments including warehouse, Sales Floor, Fitting Rooms, and Cashier
• Opening and/or closing store
• Managing sales
• Training and oversight of merchandise on the sales floor
• Providing excellent customer service not only to our customers but to our staff as well
• Oversees store promotions

Requirements:

• Experience with visual merchandising is a must
• Availability to work evenings up until 11 PM as well as availability on weekends
• Supervisory experience
• Previous retail clothing experience
• Cash handling experience
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Will push, pull, lift up to 50lbs.
• Will stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
• GED or equivalent to high school graduate
