Paid Media Specialist
We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, and Simpli.fi / programmatic platforms. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns, developing audience targeting strategies, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, delivering actionable insights, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, conducting A / B testing, and staying up to date on trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices in paid media.
Requirements include : + 3+ years of experience managing paid digital media campaigns (agency or in-house). + Proven success in Google Ads (Search & Display) campaign management, including keyword strategy, bid optimization, and conversion tracking. + Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen). + Familiarity with Simpli.fi or other programmatic advertising platforms. + Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance reporting. + Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Nice to have : + Experience with landing page optimization and retargeting strategy. + Background in B2B or multi-location marketing.
