Webmaster / SharePoint Administrator

Que Technology Group, Inc. , is seeking a highly skilled Webmaster / SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our customer's internal SharePoint and Confluence pages. You will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, security, and functionality of internal (intranet) websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital content with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with strict government, security, and accessibility (ADA / Section 508) standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Website Maintenance & Administration :  Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot web servers and websites to minimize downtime.
• Content Management :  Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy, security, and relevance.
• Security & Compliance :  Implement and monitor security measures (e.g., firewalls, SSL, patching) to protect against, and respond to, cyber threats. Ensure compliance with government accessibility (Section 508 / ADA) and privacy regulations.
• Performance Optimization :  Monitor site traffic, analyze key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and optimize page load speeds.
• Technical Support :  Debug issues, fix broken links, and troubleshoot server-side issues.
• Development & Design :  Create and maintain web applications, CMS plugins, and UI / UX improvements.
• Coordination :  Collaborate with IT, security, and marketing teams to implement new features and ensure brand consistency.
