A company is looking for a Business Development Director - L&D.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up meetings with key decision makers to identify, qualify, consult, and close opportunities
Proactively target new accounts and expand existing ones
Develop strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required
Experience selling services to Life Science companies with a track record of achieving $2M+ annually
7-10 years of relevant experience in selling Learning and Development services to the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and grow client relationships across various functional areas
Prior experience using SalesForce for pipeline and opportunity tracking is desired
