Responsible for operating the Quality Management System (QMS), writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development. Lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain. Provide training and champion the Quality Management System. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and / or on completion by Senior Management.

Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditationsMaintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for businessAnalyze current and future procedural needs of the businessOrganize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting systemConduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training / guidance to other auditorsHost external Quality System auditsProvide training on Quality issues and business processesCoordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiativesPlan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality proceduresMaintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documentsSupport other functional areas of the business including procurement, business services and designEducation
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Manufacturing or EngineeringQualifications

This position works in a manufacturing environment.This position operates in an office environmentInvolves : long periods of sitting; frequent stooping, and bendingThe annual base salary range for this position is $97,760 - $134,420. If you are hired, your annual base pay will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base pay range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued wage growth.
