Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of carrier and MGA partnerships
Build and execute strategies that increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement
Lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews and present performance insights
Required Qualifications
5+ years in the insurance industry (carrier, MGA, insurtech, distribution, or agency experience)
Experience in national accounts, key account management, or partnership management strongly preferred
Thrives in an early-stage, startup-paced environment
Data-driven with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive actionable insights
Comfortable owning high-impact relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
