Responsibilities :
- Preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with Highball's quality and service standards.
- Ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients and dishes.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
- Assisting other cooks during the food assembly process.
- Managing and organizing the kitchen and inventory.
