Quality Assurance Lead

A company is looking for a Quality Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define test plans and maintain quality gates for releases

Build integration tests and performance testing suites for financial workflows and backend systems

Track and report key quality metrics to guide product and engineering priorities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in quality assurance for software products

Strong understanding of test methodologies including unit, integration, and performance testing

Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based testing approaches

Experience testing REST and web APIs, and modern web applications

Excellent analytical and debugging skills
