We are looking for exceptional CNAs / Home Health Aides with a variety of different skills combined with an honest, trustworthy character and a good work ethic to help our clients live safely and independently at home.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) for clients who are elderly or have had a recent surgery, injury or accident and require support at home
• Personal care assistance with activities of daily living to include showering / bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living to include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and errands (groceries, driving client to appointments, etc.)
• Observe, report and document daily tasks following client's plan of care
• Escalate any unusual incidents, behaviors, or changes in status immediately to the Agency Supervisor and Manager
• Provide socialization and companionship to clients to improve their quality of life
