Billing Clerk

JOB TITLE : Billing Clerk

LOCATION : Houston, TX

POSITION REPORTS TO : Regional Fuel Billing Manager

WAGES : Commensurate with experience and skills

SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, Hours to be determined. Some overtime may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track and record fuel and other products through SmartLogix and SAP to create invoices to SCRI customers
• Create and maintain excel spreadsheets
• Create Sales Orders
• Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to resolve discrepancies and / or missing information
• Respond to emails
• Receive telephone calls, and handle caller inquiries in a professional manner
• Generate accurate daily reports in a timely fashion
• Work in multiple programs
• Research to resolve open orders, un-billed liabilities, and paperwork issues
• Other tasks and projects assigned by manager
