Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

Healthcare United is actively recruiting a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine Physician to join our esteemed Critical Care team. The team, comprising at least seven physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), is based at our facility in Dekalb, IL. The selected physician will play a vital role in delivering 24-hour coverage and providing compassionate care to critically ill patients.

Overview :

• Provide 24-hour coverage for critically ill patients
• Work collaboratively with a team of physicians and APPs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote continuity of care
• Rotating day and night coverage (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
• Engage with the ACCVPR certified cardiopulmonary rehab program with Pritikin ICR
• Contribute to the pulmonary and sleep disorders clinic
