Traveling Construction Crew Member

Nationwide (Full-Time Travel)

Pay : $30 - $40 Per Hour (depending on experience)

I-5 Design Build is a growing design-build firm specializing in high-end gaming and hospitality projects nationwide. Our team delivers visually stunning, high-impact spaces while dramatically reducing construction timelines through innovative technology and turnkey solutions.

We’re seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Crew Member to join our traveling field team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on commercial construction experience, is dependable, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time travel position with projects located across the country.

Requirements

• Perform general construction labor tasks including site prep, demolition, material handling, and cleanup.
• Support carpenters, foremen, and other trades with installation of fixtures, finishes, millwork, and equipment.
• Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools.
• Assist with layout, measurements, and verification of field work.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Help coordinate deliveries, equipment staging, and site logistics.
• Travel nationwide to support project schedules and deadlines.
