[job_card.job_description]Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural blueprints for exterior renovation projects. Prepare comprehensive and accurate bid packages for various projects. Maintain a focus on high-priority exterior scopes, including : Façade and brick replacement Roofing systems Building waterproofing Structural reinforcement and steelwork Specialty exterior restoration (A plus) Provide estimating support for interior scopes as necessary. Coordinate with project management and ownership to refine estimates and ensure project feasibility. 5–10 years of professional estimating experience within the construction industry. Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering blueprints. Proven estimating experience across core exterior trades (façades, roofing, waterproofing). Familiarity with takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Active Takeoff) is a plus. Direct partnership and close collaboration with firm ownership. Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
