Director of Business Development

Salary: $90,000-$100,000

CWF Restorationis a leading force in the restoration industry, and were looking for a seasoned business development leader to own and grow our B2B referral partnerships. Your focus: plumbing companies, mechanical contractors, and other high-value sources. Despite the executive-sounding title, this role is hands-on youll be in the trenches, building relationships and driving results every day.

Your Mission
Take charge of a portfolio of 450+ potential referral partners. Youll build the systems, own your territory, and generate inbound restoration leads by being visible, trusted, and everywhere that matters spending four days a week on the road building relationships and closing accounts.

Compensation

• Base Salary:$90K$110K
• Uncapped Commission
• OTE:$200K$300K+ for top performers
