This position offers a unique opportunity for a Family Practice Physician in a supportive, clinician-led hospital environment. With an outpatient focus and a competitive compensation package that includes base salary and wRVU incentives, physicians can significantly increase their earnings. Additionally, the role provides autonomy and benefits such as signing and relocation bonuses, along with opportunities for continuing medical education.

Outstanding Family Medicine opportunity is now available to join the staff of a locally-operated, not-for-profit hospital. The hospital's Board of Directors has a majority of physicians and the CEO is a clinician. Every financial decision they make, they do so with their physician's financial well-being at the front of their thoughts. Outpatient only, M-F with quite a bit of autonomy. Competitive base + wRVU incentives can easily have your income exceeding $350K, some PCP's earn over $400K / yr.

Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. Annual Salary. Earning Potential of $425,000. WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available up to $30,000 . Relocation Bonus available. CME time available.
