Create Solutions : Build personalized quotes and follow up to keep projects moving forward. Ensure Satisfaction : Be the key point of contact, resolving concerns and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Stay Current : Keep up with the latest HVAC technologies and trends to offer customers the best options. Be a Consultant : Answer customer questions and provide key information about their HVAC systems. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Integrity : You stand behind your word and deliver quality service. Excellent communication skills : You'll be able to connect with a wide range of customers in person, over the phone, and in writing. Coachable : Ready to learn new sales techniques and continuously improve. A valid driver's license and clean driving record. The physical ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors. HVAC Sales Experience (preferred, but not required).
